By assessing this website or engaging Chameleon Eagle Security Services ("Chameagle LLC") for any security consulting, penetration testing, physical security, or equipment procurement, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Cybersecurity and physical security are rapidly evolving domains. While Chameagle LLC employs industry best practices, defense methodologies, and certified personnel to assess and mitigate risk, no security posture is 100% impenetrable. Our assessments, reports, and implemented controls significantly reduce risk but do not constitute a guarantee against future breaches, zero-day exploits, or determined insider threats.
Clients engaging us for active attack simulations (Penetration Testing, Social Engineering, Red Teaming) MUST provide written, authorized consent from an individual with the legal authority to approve attacks against the specified domains, IP ranges, or physical premises. Chameagle LLC assumes no liability for downtime or system instability caused by stress-testing legacy systems, though all care is exercised to ensure operations remain uninterrupted.
Due to the sensitive nature of IT infrastructure and physical security vulnerabilities, Chameagle LLC operates under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). We will not disclose your proprietary information, network topology, or specific vulnerability findings to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by a court of law.
All methodologies, bespoke testing scripts, training materials, and report templates generated by Chameagle LLC remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables (reports, gap analyses, remediation roadmaps) internally for the purpose of securing their organization.
